A man is hurt after a shooting in Hanover County. The sheriff's office says he was shot yesterday morning on Colonial Estates Circle. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. No arrest has been announced, and there's no word on a motive.  
 
 
Anyone planning to attend Monday's inauguration is being encouraged to dress warmly. The high temperature is expected to be in the low 20s, with a wind chill in the single digits. It's the coldest forecast for an inauguration since the second ceremony for President Reagan had to be moved indoors in 1985. The inaugural parade also had to be canceled that year due to public safety concerns.  
 
 
UnitedHealth Group's CEO says problems with the country's health care system need to be addressed. CEO Andrew Witty acknowledged Thursday that there are flaws driving up the costs of health care for people across the country. He blamed both the private sector and government for creating a confusing and costly landscape. The company reported record-high 2024 revenues.
