Drivers should expect significant issues on the roads this morning. Virginia Department of Emergency Management spokesman Jason Elmore says he expects roads will be frozen and covered with black ice. Elmore tells CBS 6 no matter if you have four-wheel drive or something smaller, it's going to be slick out there. A Richmond International Airport spokesman says air travel could also be affected today. Be sure to check your flight status before leaving for the airport.
