A Virginia man is facing a big fine after TSA inspectors at Ronald Reagan National Airport found a weapon in his carry-on. The unidentified man from Orange had a loaded nine-millimeter handgun and 17 rounds of ammunition in his bag Monday. The man could face a fine of up to 15-thousand dollars. Inspectors at Reagan National have seized 30 guns so far this year.
