Two men are facing charges in a deadly Richmond wreck. Investigators say they were driving over the speed limit when one of them hit a turning Honda pick-up truck on November 21st. A passenger from the truck died from her injuries ten-days later. Henrico police announced this week that the two speeding drivers are charged with reckless driving for now.
