A new development is coming to Chesapeake after councilmembers approved it, despite some concerns.Preview: The funeral has been set for the former Chesterfield Fire and EMS lieutenant that passed away. Fifty-five year-old Lieutenant Robert Talbott lost his battle with cancer Friday. Talbot was a 20-year veteran with Chesterfield Fire and EMS. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held Saturday, December 28th at Tabernacle Church in Danville.
