Police say a woman has died and a man has been injured following a construction accident in Fairfax County. The accident was reported around 4:30 yesterday afternoon in the 12-thousand block of Waples Mill Road in Oakton. Investigators have not released any details, saying only that the woman did not survive and the man is expected to recover.
