An 80-year-old man is being held without bond for trying to kidnap a young girl in Fairfax County. Police were called to Hungerford Place near Hutchinson Elementary in Herndon Monday morning. The girl told them she was walking to school when Ramon Herrera approached her, touched her inappropriately and tried to grab her before she was able slip away and run for help. Cops say the victim is under the age of 13.
