A teen from Gloucester has been arrested and charged with distributing child pornography.Preview: A teenager is hurt after a shooting in Richmond. No arrest has been announced, but the RPD says it's looking for a suspect between 15 and 20-years-old. Investigators believe the two were in a fight before the victim was shot.
