The rising water levels in the James River is causing health concerns. Tom Dunlap, a James River Association's Riverkeeper, says flood waters can wash away debris that can contaminate the water with E.coli, asbestos, oil or maybe something worse. Despite that, people in kayaks could be seen on the river yesterday. Dunlap tells 12 On Your Side that can be dangerous because large debris could be hard to see or nearly invisible.
