A Richmond man is calling on his neighbors to support a business in its time of need.Preview: A new study from researchers at the University of Virginia seems to mirror a study from 2018 that says intense exercise is a key to weight loss. A paper published last week in the "Journal of the Endocrine Society" indicates that vigorous exercise can lower the amount of a hormone called ghrelin [[ GREH-luhn ]]. Ghrelin tells the body when it's time to eat. A very similar study was published in Molecular Metabolism in March of 2018.
