Another storm is heading toward Virginia and could cause flash flooding in parts of the state.Preview: A small southwest Virginia college will soon be competing in NCAA Division Two sports. Franklin County's Ferrum College announced yesterday that it has been officially accepted for Division Two membership. The college will be on a two-year probation while the NCAA evaluates the program. The college will also move from the Old Dominion Athletic Conference to Conference Carolinas.
