Richmond's police chief says he'll be more careful on the roads after he was fined for reckless driving.Preview: The National Park Service is asking the public for input about the future of the Tidal Basin. The park service is working on a long-term plan to guide the management of the Basin. The proposal focuses on transportation, preservation, infrastructure and visitor experiences.
