Richmond Police are looking for the driver who went on a rampage. Someone drove a box truck into several parked cars Sunday night in South Richmond on West 47th Street. No one was hurt, but several cars were damaged. Police found the truck, but the driver remains on the loose. One resident tells 12 On Your Side it's scary, alarming and bizarre, and she feels like everyone is hyper-aware looking for the person.
