Support for the southern border wall among Hispanics is rising.Preview: Virginia transportation officials are hoping a new truck arrestor ramp will help increase vehicle safety on Afton Mountain. The new ramp on the Rockfish Gap Turnpike in Nelson County cost five-point-five-million dollars to build and features ten stainless steel safety nets. Officials say it can stop a variety of vehicles, including an 18-wheeler traveling as fast as 98-miles-an-hour at the time of impact. The Virginia Department of Transportation says it's the first ramp of this type ever built in the state.
