A woman who has spent years trying to become Miss Virginia has finally won the crown. Richard Stelling with the story.Preview: A group will be offering discounts on Lyft rides to help people in Hampton Roads get home safely during the July 4th holiday. As part of the 757 Sober Ride campaign, a code will allow anyone 21-years-old and older to get 15 dollars off a Lyft ride taken between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 3 a.m. Friday. The code will be posted to the Drive Safe Hampton Roads website on Wednesday night.
