Black Democrats will get together in Hampton Roads this weekend to brainstorm ways to help Vice President Kamala Harris elected.Preview: A southwestern Virginia festival that was cancelled last year due to logistical issues is ready for a reboot. Floyd Fest event begins later today and is expected to draw thousands to the festival site about 12 miles northeast of Floyd.
