A Virginia man has been indicted for making threats against former President Barack Obama and Vice President Kamala Harris.Preview: A Prince William County man is thanking his dad for giving him a winning lottery ticket. The Virginia Lottery says the father purchased a Cash-For-Life ticket recently at a store in Triangle. The winning ticket entitled the man to choose between a thousand dollars a week for life or a single cash payment of one-million dollars. The unnamed dad gave the ticket to his son as a wedding gift, and Aaron Andrews chose to take the one-time payout. He says he and his wife will use the money to buy a new home.
