The Richmond City Council is taking steps to help public housing residents stay in their homes.Preview: The State Fair of Virginia will be getting underway this weekend. The ten-day event kicks off Friday at Meadow Event Park in Doswell. Over 200-thousand people attended the fair last year despite bad weather during the opening weekend.
