He discussed how the government can assist flood victims and received updates on cleanup efforts in the county, including at Claytor Lake, where an estimated 40 tons of debris were removed. WSLS News reports that over 200 volunteers have been working on shoreline cleanup, but officials say it will take months to finish the job.
