A Virginia man was arrested for trespassing in a restricted area at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Authorities say Elijah Pressley bypassed security measures and entered a secure zone near Gate D4 by pushing through two clearly marked doors. He was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. WCNC reports that the motive behind Pressley's actions is unclear, and it is unknown if any flights were disrupted during the incident.
There's new substitute teacher training available in the state of Virginia. Kelly Education has launched a new online training program to help subs better prepare for teaching in the state. They offer five, 10, or 20 hour training programs for several districts in Virginia. Currently, substitute teachers are only required to receive orientation to the school's policies and procedures.
