Tens of Thousands of dollars worth of damage done at City Cemetery in Virginia. Authorities say at least 15 gravestones were damaged or toppled at the Fredericksburg City Cemetery, with an estimated repair cost of $20,000. Some of the graves belonged to former Fredericksburg mayors. WUSA 9 reports that The Virginia State Police have not identified any suspects. The cemetery, a nonprofit relying on donations, may struggle to cover the repair costs.  
 
The Fairfax County School Board is exploring new strategies to reduce costs and address overcrowding in schools.The board is considering public-private partnerships to share the financial burden of new developments. These changes aim to improve budget predictability and address the urgent need to address aging infrastructure in schools. FFX Now reports that the proposed shifts in project development will be further discussed in upcoming committee meetings.
