Speed is suspected in a crash that killed two Henrico County teenagers in Goochland County. It happened Saturday night. Virginia State Police say 18-year-old Kyle Haden of Henrico was speeding, lost control of his car and hit a tree. He's in critical condition, and two 16-year-old boys were killed. J.R. Tucker High School identified them as Aiden Schmidt and Joseph Castro. Counselors will be available at the school this week and Go Fund Me pages have been started to raise money for funeral expenses.

Richmond school officials are looking at ways to reduce bathroom vandalism. The district reports repairs to bathrooms between January and April cost them almost 30-thousand dollars. 12 On Your Side reports to prevent vandalism, the district is asking custodians to check the bathrooms every half hour, and teachers will monitor how long students are gone when they leave to use the bathroom.

The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources is asking for input on state rules for hunting with hounds. The agency is working to reduce conflicts between private landowners who don't want hounds on their property and hunters who use hounds to find deer and bears. A public comment period will open tomorrow and end on July 5th. More information is available on the department's website.
