Investigators in Prince William County have arrested three members of the same family after the death of a four-year-old boy. First responders were called to an apartment complex in Manassas on January 19th after the boy was found unconscious. He died after he was taken to the hospital. Investigators say the boy and his five-year-old sibling were subject to long-term abuse, including being wrapped in tape and denied food and water. The three family members face charges of murder, child abuse and neglect.

NPR's chief executive stated that their sponsorships comply with regulations, while PBS emphasized its commitment to noncommercial educational programming.
