The governor said that implementing streamlining measures could save Virginians time and money while improving the overall customer experience.

Butterball is cutting out the thawing process entirely for that Thanksgiving turkey. The biggest manufacturer of the holiday staple has unveiled its Cook from Frozen Premium Whole Turkey. Butterball says the bird can go straight into the oven from the freezer. The company's product page says the turkey is pre-seasoned and brined so it can go "Frozen to fantastic" without planning days in advance to thaw, dealing with messy necks, giblets or touching raw meat. Butterball's Cook from Frozen Turkey can't be stuffed though due to food-safety risks, so stuffing must be made separately.
