A Maryland man is facing charges in Alexandria for allegedly making inappropriate contact with two clients of a massage business. Thirty-one-year-old Picard Johnson of Fort Washington was arrested earlier this month on two counts of object sexual penetration. Investigators say he sexually assaulted at least two clients at a Massage Envy location in Alexandria's Foxchase Shoppes last month. Police are also looking for more possible victims and are urging them to come forward.

Those who want to prevent the free speech of others are creating an explosive situation in Leesburg. Loudoun County and other agencies were called in on Saturday after someone found a device connected to tripwires near a political sign critical of Vice President Kamala Harris. Investigators determined that the device was intended to alert the homeowner by triggering blanks designed to make noise but not hurt anyone. The homeowner said the sign had been vandalized before and the device was intended to keep people away from it. Police recommended installing no trespassing signs, since the political sign and the warning device are on private property.
