A federal judge is expected to issue a decision today in a challenge to Virginia's effort to remove non-citizens from its voter rolls. The judge held a hearing in Arlington yesterday after the Department of Justice and other groups sued the state over an executive order signed by the governor. The groups have challenged the push to remove registered voters, saying it violates federal election rules. The judge could issue an injunction blocking the purge and order the state to restore the original status of previously registered voters.

A ‘giant bronze poop’ statue ‘honoring’ January 6th appears on the National Mall. The statue features a giant bronze-coloured emoji-style 'poop' on Nancy Pelosi's desk, referencing reports of rioters defecating during the incident. The plaque accompanying the statue celebrates the rioters as heroes who sought to overturn an election, with President Trump praising them as 'unbelievable patriots.' While some found the statue humorous and took photos, others criticized it as tasteless and obscene. The statue is expected to remain in the National Mall until October 31.
