A northern Virginia university is being sued by two students. A male student at George Mason University suggested stocking all men's bathrooms with tampon products in September. Two third-year female law students objected to the proposal, saying it would lead to men using women's bathrooms. The two female law students were told to stay away from the person who proposed the tampon idea and no-contact orders were issued by an administrator. Anyone with information is asked to call the Chesapeake Police Department or the state police.

New laws will hopefully help you mitigate travel headaches this holiday season. Refunds for canceled or significantly delayed flights are now automatic and supposedly you won't have to jump through hoops to get your money back. And if your checked bag arrives more than 12 hours late, you're entitled to a refund for the baggage fee. Travel experts recommend using a luggage tracker like an Apple airtag.
