Murder charges are being dropped against a suspect in the killing of a Norfolk convenience store owner. James Carter was 84-years-old when he walked outside and was shot during a fight at his Triple C convenience store on Lindenwood Avenue last December. Yesterday, Dennis Hisle's murder charge was dismissed after it was revealed it was likely his brother that fired the shots. His charges were reduced to larceny of a firearm and felony possession.

The long-awaited fight between boxing legend Mike Tyson and YouTube star Jake Paul goes down Friday night. The bout was rescheduled from July after Tyson suffered a medical emergency during a flight earlier this year.
