Four months later, the man suspected of breaking into President-elect Trump's Ashburn campaign office over the summer is now in police custody.Preview: A man is facing charges in Botetourt County for allegedly being part of a murder-for-hire scheme. The Botetourt County Sheriff's Office says 97-year-old Catherine Graff was killed in April. Their investigation found that Graff's grandson hired someone to kill her and then committed suicide after her death. Thirty-year-old Steven Fowler of Salem was indicted earlier this week after investigators identified him as the man hired to carry out the murder. Fowler is being held without bond.
Local ballet dancers will pay tribute to the woman who inspired them. For a dozen years, Tristi McMaster Robinson organized a ballet performance called the Nutcracker Sweet. She won't be part of this year's performance, though, because she suddenly passed away in February. Her family and dozens of former students tell CBS 6 they wanted to keep the holiday tradition alive, though, so they worked for months to put on this year's show. It starts Friday and runs through Sunday at Manchester High School.
The Biden administration wants to eliminate sub-minimum wages for people with disabilities. Under current rules, there are around 700 employers who have special certificates that let them pay people with physical or mental disabilities less than three-dollars-and 50 cents an hour. The proposed rule change would require the support of the incoming Trump administration.
