Richmond's police chief says he'll be more careful on the roads after he was fined for reckless driving. RPD Chief Rick Edwards was in court last week after he was cited for reckless driving last month. He was going 25 miles an hour over the speed limit. Edwards pled no contest and was ordered to pay an 87 dollar fine and attend driving school. An RPD spokesperson says Edwards has paid the fine and attended the driver safety courses. The spokesperson also tells 8News Edwards urges everyone to please be aware of speeds while driving.
