A ten-year-old Virginia student is facing charges after allegedly making a bomb threat while standing in line for lunch. Investigators say the student said he had a bomb in his bookbag at W.W. Robinson Elementary School in Woodstock yesterday. He also allegedly said he was planning to bring another bomb to school to put in another student's bookbag. The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office says no bombs were found. The student was charged with making a bomb threat but the sheriff's office did not say if the ten-year-old was taken into custody.

Those who live near Lake Shawnee say the lake has been polluted for about a month now, and the culprit seems to be a nearby solar farm. Robert Swiger says he traced the pollution to a retention pond at the North Ridge solar farm run by Dominion Energy. He says the pollution is so bad, sunlight can't penetrate, and he expects to see dead fish floating on the surface any day now. Lake Shawnee HOA President Travis Keith says you think solar farms are to help the environment, but it's really hurting the environment. Dominion Energy tells CBS 6 it's taking immediate actions to address the concerns.
