Investigators in Albermarle County say a man who shot and killed two people last month had no prior connection to the victims. The county police department says 28-year-old Justin Barbour opened fire at the Harris Teeter location about a minute after he arrived on February 17th. He fired 28 rounds within 20 seconds, killing two people. Barbour was then shot and killed by an off-duty police officer. The county's police chief says investigators may never discover why Barbour opened fire at the store.
