One person is dead and another is in serious condition after an officer-involved shooting in Prince William County. Police officers were called to a senior living community in Woodbridge on Saturday following reports of a man with a knife who wanted to hurt himself. The officers shot the 26-year-old man after he allegedly lunged at them, then fired again when he stabbed his 91-year-old grandmother. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene, while the woman was hospitalized for treatment of stab wounds and a gunshot wound.
