That's because a woman filed a police report in Chesterfield against him last year. She claims he touched her on intimate parts of her body without her consent while supposedly checking her for breast cancer. Samdani is affiliated with Johnston-Willis Hospital, Chippenham Hospital and the Virginia Cancer Institute. He's appealing the board's decision to suspend his license. A hearing is set for May 28th.
