Police have arrested a suspect after a deadly triple-shooting in Prince William County. Investigators say the shooting happened after two men got into an argument Wednesday evening in a wooded area near the Potomac Mills mall in Woodbridge. Twenty-nine-year-old Tevon Dean Haskins died, while two other men were treated for minor injuries. Forty-five-year-old Dean Campbell was arrested in the Fredericksburg area yesterday morning. He faces multiple charges, including murder and malicious wounding.  
 
 
A project to design a bicycle facility in Tysons received a $100-thousand dollar boost in funding from the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board.

The Treasury Department is halting its production of new pennies. According to the 2024 annual report from the Mint, the cost of making the penny increased 20-percent and the Treasury Department says halting new penny production could lead to "immediate annual savings of 56-million-dollars in reduced material costs." There are more than 114 billion pennies currently in circulation, however, demand drastically decreased as Americans shift their payment habits to cards or digital services.
