A truck carrying 40-thousand pounds of beer went up in flames causing major traffic hassles in Virginia. The blaze started yesterday afternoon on Interstate 95 in Stafford County. Northbound lanes were shut down for about 20 minutes, but backups extended for five miles in the afternoon. The Virginia Department of Transportation is still investigating the cause of the fire.

New research from Moneywise found that 97-percent of job-pay failed to keep up with inflation over the past five years. Moneywise also noted that home prices have also jumped by an average of 56-percent in that time period.
