An 11 year old in Henrico is being called an "online terrorist" and is facing more than 20 felony charges related to cross-country school threats. Officials say the boy admitted to many crimes including sexual cyber harassment, accepting crypto-currency from strangers to exchange for making swatting calls, and ‘sextorting’ other minors. A search of his devices showed his disturbing interest in content online like animals being tortured and killed as well as murder pornography. Officials say he seems proud of himself and has shown no remorse. WRIC reports his family admit that, prior to his arrest, they had become increasingly concerned with his behavior but they did not intervene. The Henrico County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office confirms he's being held in a juvenile detention facility and faces 43 charges - 29 of which are felonies.
