A boy's parents are charged with murder after his death at a Richmond hospital. Cinceir 'CJ' Croxton, Jr.'s parents were indicted this week in Spotsylvania County. CJ died last year after he was taken to VCU's pediatric hospital. The medical examiner found the two-year-old had a significant amount of cocaine in his system. His parents are due in court in two weeks. Legal analyst Russ Stone tells 8News the murder charge means the parents allowed the child to be close enough to the cocaine that he may have gotten into it or they directly gave it to him.
