Naresh Bhatt waived the hearing yesterday during a court appearance in Prince William County. Bhatt's lawyer says there is no probable cause for the charges against his client because investigators have not found the body of his wife, Mamta Kafle Bhatt. The Manassas Park woman has been missing since last month. The next step in the case is a grand jury hearing, though that step could also be waived to get a trial scheduled more quickly.

But 89-percent still see homeownership as essential or important to their future. Only about nine-percent think financial security and a comfortable retirement is attainable.
