DC area first responders are on their way south to help with the emergency response to a coastal storm. Hurricane Debby is expected to make landfall in the Big Bend area of Florida overnight. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue says 45 members of Maryland Task Force One are headed to South Carolina and will wait for instructions on where they should go to help. Fairfax County Fire and Rescue is also sending 45 members of its Urban Search and Rescue team to the region.
