Schools in Greensville and Pulaski counties will be closed as a precaution while the threats are investigated. His mom says she appreciates all those who turned out and shared their stories. She tells 12 On Your Side while her son's time was short, he served his purpose. Meanwhile, the GoFundMe page to raise money for his funeral expenses has exceeded its goal of ten-thousand dollars. Over 200 people have donated to the fund that's now approaching 12-thousand dollars.
