A teenager is dead and two women were injured after a weekend shooting in Richmond. Police say the victims were shot late Saturday night at the Belt Atlantic Apartment along the 4-thousand block of Midlothian Turnpike. A 16-year-old boy died at the scene. One of the women suffered life-threatening injuries. There's no word on the other woman's condition. Investigators say the shooting stemmed from an altercation among a group of individuals.
