A Roanoke woman is sentenced to prison for an arson in 2023.
The Roanoke Fire Marshal's Office announced the successful prosecution of 27 year old Farrah Ciarfardini for arson of an occupied dwelling in November 2023. The blaze, which started in a camper and spread to nearby homes, resulted in one person sustaining moderate burns, according to WSET. Ciarfardini was sentenced to ten years, with two years to be served in prison and five years of supervised probation upon release.

The event will take place at the Clifton Forge Presbyterian Church's fellowship hall. Proceeds will support library programs and new materials.
50 Cent has a docuseries heading to Netflix about music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal issues. The rapper shared a Variety report on social media about the series, captioning it "You didn't believe me but I bet you believe me now!" Combs could face up to life in prison if he's convicted for his indictment on counts of sex trafficking and racketeering. Production is still ongoing, and there is no premiere date.
