An effort is underway to find two women who may be connected to a deadly crash in Richmond. Richmond's Tomorrow Brooks died after getting hit by an SUV in October while she was crossing Midlothian Turnpike. Richmond Police say they're looking for two women who were with her at the time but left before officers could get there. No charges have been filed against the driver.
