A Virginia man arrested earlier this year for allegedly making threats against Vice President Harris and former President Obama may soon be released from jail.Preview: A Virginia school board has settled with a former teacher who sued after he was fired for refusing to use a student's preferred pronouns. Lawyers for Peter Vlaming announced Monday that he will be paid 575-thousand dollars as part of his settlement with the West Point School Board. Vlaming was let go after he refused to use a transgender student's preferred pronouns due to deeply held religious beliefs. He sued, claiming his First Amendment rights were violated. The lawsuit was dismissed by a lower court but reinstated by the Virginia Supreme Court earlier this year.

She says once the food reaches above 40 degrees, you only have about two hours to consume it safely, otherwise you should toss it.
