The Richmond School Board yesterday approved the Dreams4RPS plan. It includes ten main goals for students to reach in the next five years. The Three Big Goals are School Ratings, Graduation and Academics. The plan calls for on-time graduation rate of 78 percent. The Other Key Goals include equity, enrollment and diversity, and climate.
