Coastal flood warnings still remain in effect off the coast at Hampton Roads. Water could be two-feet above ground level in some areas through this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. This rainfall comes after the eastern edge of the commonwealth has been in a severe drought. Gusty winds of over 40-miles-an-hour are also possible.

Dinwiddie Middle School students are organizing Fall Fest to benefit the Alzheimer's Association and the Future Business Leaders of America. The DMS students are enrolled in a class called leadership development, and the Fall Fest is a way for them to put their classroom lessons to practical use. They're organizing activities like face-painting, flag football, cornhole and a petting zoo. Dr. Torrie Walker is the school's principal, and she tells CBS 6 the students are the ones who have done all the work to put this together. The event runs from 11:00 to 3:00 tomorrow at Dinwiddie High School.
