After more than six months, a Richmond street is back to normal. The DPW recently finished work on Forest Hill Ave. Crews replaced failed sewer lines and then redid the paving and striping between Joe Brooks Boulevard and Hathaway Road. Traffic was reduced to one lane during the construction, but all lanes are back open, including turn lanes. Neighbors tell 12 On Your side it was a constant struggle with traffic while the work was going on, and they're relieved it's over.  
 
 
Two 14-year-old girls are missing after leaving Rustburg Middle School in Campbell County on foot. Madison Boaze and Emma Faith-Marie Gables are considered runaways and were last seen wearing dark clothes with backpacks. The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for information on their whereabouts or you can give an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.  
 
 
Residents of a Portsmouth apartment building say they were handed eviction notices days before the Thanksgiving holiday. Residents from London Oaks Apartments say the management company said they sent out the notices en masse instead of to specific households. PK Management which is the company that manages the apartment community released a statement saying they're working diligently to correct the error and sincerely apologize to households who received the notice in error.
