A northern Virginia woman is dead after a domestic dispute turned violent on Wednesday. Investigators in Prince William County say the 20-year-old victim was shot in Woodbridge during an argument. She died after being rushed to the hospital. Twenty-year-old Anthony White, Junior was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, use of a firearm and domestic assault and battery following the shooting.

Virginians can use an online portal to get a permit to cut this year's Christmas tree from one of the nation's protected forests.
