A northern Virginia high school athletic director is facing charges after allegedly sending naked photos to a student. Brian Patrick Sullivan was arrested while visiting family members in Pennsylvania over the weekend. Investigators said Sullivan sent self-produced naked photos to a 17-year-old student between November and January. Officials at James Wood High School in Winchester said they learned about the photos last week and immediately contacted law enforcement. Sullivan has been the athletic director at the high school since 2022.
A Virginia woman already down on her luck is now homeless after someone stole her RV. Officials say Samira Davis, a mother of two young children and pregnant with another, was living out of a camper at a church in Chesapeake before it was stolen, leaving the family without shelter once again. A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support Davis and her children as they struggle to find stability. Despite the challenges, Davis remains resilient and hopeful for the return of their home.

The agency wants home and business owners to self-report their damage using a link posted to the department's social media accounts. Damage from flooding can be reported, but it must have happened since February 10th.
